BUILT FOR CONTRACTORS WHO NEED THE TRUTH FROM THE FIELD
Catch extra work before it gets missed. Daily reports and production tracking for contractors.
Keep daily notes, photos, crew hours and potential extra work together, so the office can review what happened and follow up.
Built by a contractor with 25 years of construction experience, for the people doing the work.
Stop chasing paper, texts, photos, and missing quantities.
One link connects what happened in the field to what the office needs next.HOW IT WORKS
A daily workflow crews will actually finish.
Built so a foreman is back at the truck in two minutes—not doing paperwork for twenty.
Start the day
Confirm the project and crew. Pro Daily Link timestamps the workday and keeps each employee’s hours editable.
Tell us what happened
Speak or type notes, add photos, and let AI organize the first draft—even when the note starts in Spanish.
Verify production
Match work to estimate lines, enter labor now, add measured quantity later, and flag unplanned work automatically.
Office reviews once
Approve the daily and update production, project status, exceptions, reports, and progress billing support.
ONE OPERATING PICTURE
Built around the gaps contractors live with every day.
Simple field dailies
Glove-friendly mobile controls, photos, voice notes, weather, editable crew time, drafts, and office submission.
Estimate vs. actual
Track installed quantity and labor against each estimate line without forcing quantity before it is known.
Catch extra work
Unplanned work is flagged for the office and must be mapped, acknowledged, or tracked as a change or T&M.
Scheduling that fits crews
Schedule crews or individuals, filter each scheduler’s people, and see who is actively working by project.
Projects and customers
Keep estimates, photos, dailies, changes, reports, and project history connected to the right customer.
Subcontractor check-ins
Send a project-specific guest link for lightweight progress updates without exposing other projects or financials.
FROM A FIELD NOTE TO A BUSINESS RECORD

This interactive example stays in your browser. It never creates a daily, touches a project, or sends demonstration data to the office.
Field note
“Set forms for the slab. Eight hours with a four-person crew.”
Start with the note exactly as the field might send it.
BUILT FROM THE FIELD
I spent 25 years living this problem.
Lost tickets. Late paperwork. Hours spent piecing together quantities across several jobs. The tools I tried did not speak the language of production—and per-seat pricing made it harder to involve the crew.
Pro Daily Link was built so contractors can know what happened, what it took, and what needs attention before the end of the project.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Made to fit your process—not replace everything overnight.
Does Pro Daily Link replace my accounting software?
No. The first release produces verified reports plus plain CSV exports—time cards, production summaries, and project tickets—that open in Excel and import into QuickBooks and payroll tools. Deeper accounting integrations are on the roadmap.
Can field employees see project costs?
No. Field access is scoped to assigned work, dailies, photos, and their own workflow. Financial data stays on the office side.
What if the crew did work that was not estimated?
They can add custom work. The office receives an exception and decides whether to map it, treat it as T&M, open a potential change, or mark it non-billable.
Can Spanish-speaking crews use it?
Yes. Original Spanish notes can be preserved while the office receives English translation and structured production details.
What happens if I lose signal on site?
Typed and voice-noted drafts stay saved on the phone and can be finished and submitted when signal returns. Photos wait for a connection—the app says so instead of losing them.
